Tamara Babic

Tamara Babic has been dancing since she was 5. After graduating at School of Classical Ballet in Zagreb, Croatia, she became a Corps de Ballet member of the Croatian National Theater in Zagreb, where she took part in performances, spanning the entire repertoire.
For more than a decade Tamara has been teaching dance and has never regretted exchanging the stage for the classroom, she believes she has found her true calling in teaching. Tamara is an experienced professional teacher in Ballet, Character Dance, Historical Dance, and related disciplines to young and pre-professional dancers.
Tamara Babic holds Master in Education degree from University of Zagreb and is a qualified Ballet and Piano teacher. In 2010, she became a certified NYC Ballet Workout Instructor. Tamara is also an ABT® Certified Teacher, who has successfully completed theABT ® Teacher Training Intensive in Pre-Primary through Level 5 of the ABT ® National Training Curriculum.
Tamara teaches Ballet and Piano classes in NYC and in the New York Metropolitan Area and is a Festival Relations Manager of the summer Salsa Beach Splash Festival in Croatia.
